I think Doug Rolfe started doing them just before Andy passed away.

Actually, I was doing them for years before I knew Andy was doing them. This came out of my own needs as the picks were hurting my fingers and wouldn't stay on. So I did this to my own about 10 years ago and then a couple of years later(2003) I started selling them. I just didn't advertise them on this forum. We have a table each year at St. Louis and have sold them for several years there. Since we didn't sell them other in St. Louis, I had never set up a paypal account. We are selling them regularly, mainly using paypal. We have both National NP2s and Dunlop .025s. Andy was the one who suggested that we set up a paypal account so that it would be easier to have the orders processed. I hope that this helps clear up things a little bit.
