Brad Paisley
A friend recommended Brad's "Who Needs Pictures" CD. Give it a listen - great guitar-picking, some fine steel playing, and lots of good, catchy and moving songs, including some that raise a smile!

Everywhere I go locally to find this CD, they don't have it. It either is sold out, or the stores have no class (probably the latter). Going to have to get it online I guess.

I was listening to a local country radio station this morning and the topic of discussion was how bad Brad Paisley was. The D.J. seemed to think that he just didn't have "the country sound" to make it big. i don't know what is up with country radio these days but it seems to me that everyone needs to get back to the basics and quit worrying about how they look and worry about the music that they are putting out. A lot of the sounds I hear anymore have no meaning , feeling or personality. Where have all the Good songs gone to? I think Brad Paisley is as country as they come. If anyone is interested he will be performing at Renfro Valley this summer.
