Does anyone have one of these that they could spare?

Joe: I believe that your second posting has a typo with the part number.
Now, back to the question.
I believe that the 4560 is the same pin out as many other dual op amps (4558, TL072, Burr Brown 2604, BB2227, etc etc etc).
You'll need to confirm this.
Also, you didn't say what physical style the chip is. I guess we'll assume that it's a plug in type 8 pin DIP.
Your profile shows that you live in or near a major metropolitan area. If you're lucky there should still be a few electronic stores around you where you can walk in and purchase one.
Now, back to the question.
